Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Saint Johnsbury, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
We carry compatible repair materials for multiple membrane brands, since mismatched patch material is a common cause of repeat flat roof failures.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Insurance documentation available before work begins on any Saint Johnsbury commercial property.
We coordinate timing to reduce impact on tenants or foot traffic wherever possible.
No surprise costs once we're already on the roof mid-repair.
Proper membrane welding equipment prevents the seam failures common with improvised patches.
Most Saint Johnsbury flat roof issues combine two or three of these elements, which is why a full inspection matters.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
We identify the membrane type first, since EPDM and TPO repairs use different adhesive systems.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
We assess whether a modified bitumen repair needs a patch or a full section replacement.
We clear and repair drains and scuppers as part of a full Flat Roof Repair visit.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair visits are scheduled around your operating hours whenever the situation allows.
Technicians identify your membrane type before recommending any Flat Roof Repair repair method.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
A completed Flat Roof Repair includes a walkthrough of what was repaired and why.
